The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board of the Company will be held in Hong Kong on Thursday, 14th August, 2008, for the purpose of, among other matters, approving the release of the interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30th June, 2008 and considering the payment of an interim dividend.

The Board announced on 28th April, 2008 that WEDN, being an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and the Company entered into the Sale and Purchase Agreement with VMDS and Vector pursuant to which, among other things, (i) WEDN agreed to acquire from VMDS the entire issued share capital of VWE Network, being the owner of the entire issued share capital of VWE Management; (ii) the Company agreed to guarantee the performance of WEDN's obligations under the Sale and Purchase Agreement on the terms thereof; and (iii) Vector, being the ultimate holding company of VMDS, agreed to guarantee the performance of VMDS's obligations under the Sale and Purchase Agreement on the terms thereof.
