Senior Finance Manager / Finance Manager
(Ref: CKI-SFM/FMP)

Responsibilities:

To assist the CFO to oversee financial / taxation / treasury function for overseas infrastructure investments.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant and degree holder with major in accountancy
  • More than 15 years' experience in audit / tax / commercial field with overseas exposure, including at least 5 years' experience at senior managerial role
  • Expert knowledge in HKFRS and Listing Rules
  • Capable of handling complex consolidation exercise
  • Strong commercial sense
  • Excellent planning, coordination and communication skills
  • Good leadership and interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Independent, self-motivated and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Well versed in MS Excel and Words
  • Frequently travel is required

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Finance Manager

 

Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer
(Ref: CKI - APM/PE)

Responsibilities:

To monitor the investments of tolled road / bridge project in China and to carry out general managerial role in the project company.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in construction or operation of large-scale infrastructure project
  • Experience in daily operation of the joint venture companies in China is preferable
  • Strong planning, problem solving, analytical and judgment skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Frequently travel to the PRC is required

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Engineer

 

Assistant Treasury Manager
(Ref: CKI-ATM)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to CFO, the successful candidate will assist the CFO to discharge all treasury activities of the Group, in particular the following:

  • Monitoring liquidity, interest and currency risks
  • Executing money market and financial hedging transactions

He/She will ensure that all treasury activities are effectively and efficiently conducted in compliance with the Group's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance or similar disciplines
  • At least 5 years' relevant working experience in banking or corporate treasury, preferably in listed company
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets operations
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving skills and research capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Words

 

Assistant Accountant
(Ref: CKI-AA)

Role and Key Responsibilities:

  • Member of the Accounting team of the Group’s China Infrastructure Department
  • Prepare financial and management reports on timely basis
  • Financial management of the PRC joint ventures such as accounting, taxation, cash flow management, budgetary control and cost control analysis
  • Involvement in other ad-hoc assignments and projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance and Accounting or related disciplines. Being a qualified accountant will be advantageous
  • Over 3 years’ accounting experience in commercial or audit field
  • Audit experience from Big 4 or experience from companies engaged in investment business
  • Understanding of the PRC accounting and taxation will be advantageous
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Travel to the PRC is required

 

Accounts Clerk
(Ref: CKI-AC)

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting / LCC Higher with some relevant experience preferred
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Well versed in MS Excel and Words and experience in using Oracle is a definite advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated and capable of working overtime and under pressure
