To assist the CFO to oversee financial / taxation / treasury function for infrastructure investments.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant / degree holder with major in accountancy
- More than 10 years' experience in audit / commercial / banking field at senior roles
- Experience in corporate finance exercise preferred
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets operations
- Independent and self-motivated with excellent analytical skills and research capabilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with excellent command of written and spoken English
- Frequent travel is required

- Expert knowledge in HKFRS and Listing Rules
- Strong commercial sense
- Capable of handling complex consolidation exercise

- Good leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Independent, self-motivated and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Well versed in MS Excel and Words
Senior Manager / Manager, International Business

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of International Business & other senior executives to assist in all aspects of the global investment portfolio / asset management.
Requirements:
- University graduates with professional qualification preferred
- At least 10 years' relevant management experience in infrastructure funds, utility companies, investment banks etc
- Familiar with UK / Australian utility regulations / markets, infrastructure asset management, transition management & integration, business planning etc
- Broad financial skills – financing, tax & structuring, accounting, financial modeling etc
- Good inter-personal & communication skills with excellent command of written & spoken English
- Frequent travel is required
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
