Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Limited announces that Mr. Barrie Cook will retire as Chief Executive Officer of CKI Materials on the 30th September 2003. Mr. Cook joined the Cheung Kong Group in early 1983 and has been an Executive Director of Cheung Kong Infrastructure since January 2000.

With effect from the 1st October 2003, Mr. Cook will become a non-Executive Director of Cheung Kong Infrastructure, Green Island Cement (Holdings) Limited and Green Island International Limited. He will remain Director of Stuart Energy Systems Inc. in Toronto. Mr. Cook has been actively involved with environmental matters in Hong Kong for over fifteen years and will continue to advise the Board on this subject.

Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Lambert Leung as the Chief Executive Officer of CKI Materials with effect from the 1st October 2003. Mr. Leung is currently the Managing Director of Green Island Cement (Holdings) Limited and Anderson Asia (Holdings) Limited. He has been with the Cheung Kong Group for over twenty years and has extensive experience in the construction material industry.
